Scholarship
We aim to establish a new fund determined to support students experiencing financial hardship. The scholarship will be named Phong B Le Fund after the late Dr Phong B Le who suddenly died aged 33 when doing research at NUS Singapore after spending a few years at Northwestern and Caltech.
